What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily salon operations, from opening the doors to closing up after a day’s work
- Leading, mentoring, and training stylists and support staff—you’ll be the go-to for both guidance and motivation
- Rolling up your sleeves to ensure every client receives consistent, high-quality service
- Managing appointments, walk-ins, and ensuring smooth scheduling to maximize team productivity
- Handling occasional customer escalations with a calm, professional touch
- Monitoring inventory, placing product orders, and making sure supplies are always ready
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff as our salon continues to grow
- Keeping an eagle eye on hygiene, safety, and compliance with UAE regulations
- Occasionally jumping in on the floor during peak times—because you believe in leading by example
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous salon management or supervisory experience (you know the ins and outs of the industry)
- A strong leadership style—a mix of empathy, confidence, and hands-on problem-solving
- Clear communication skills—in both English, and Arabic is a plus
- Professional attitude and polished appearance
- Currently based inside the UAE (this is a must for consideration)
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment with grace and humor
Nice-to-Haves:
- Working knowledge of common salon booking and POS systems
- Knowledge of current hair, beauty, and grooming trends
- Experience in staff training or upskilling
- Multilingual abilities
