What You’ll Be Doing
- Conducting regular property audits, both in-person and remotely, to verify quality, safety, and compliance standards.
- Reviewing detailed inspection reports and cross-checking findings with established benchmarks.
- Coordinating repairs or improvements between property management, maintenance teams, and vendors.
- Keeping thorough records of issues, resolutions, and compliance status for easy reference.
- Developing and updating tracking systems for property standards, drawing on feedback from residents and staff.
