About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever caught yourself spotting red fire alarm panels in buildings and wondering about the teams behind their upkeep? Here’s your chance to be at the heart of it. Our Abu Dhabi-based team on Al Muroor Street is searching for an experienced Sales Manager who really “gets” fire suppression and fire alarm system maintenance contracts. If you’re looking to shape safety standards while building lasting client relationships in a city where innovation and safety go hand-in-hand, keep on reading — this one’s for you.

About the Company

We’re not your typical safety enterprise. Picture a place where the technical and the personal cross paths daily: we’re proud of our reputation for reliable fire protection solutions across the UAE, but it’s our day-to-day energy that makes us different. Here, your ideas travel fast — from collaboration over morning coffee, to celebrating wins (big and small) at our weekly team huddle. We believe clients stay because of our can-do attitude and detailed follow-through, and you’ll find our team genuinely values long-term relationships, both inside and out.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identifying and nurturing new business opportunities for fire suppression and fire alarm system maintenance contracts, with a hands-on approach to building out your pipeline.
  • Developing proposals and quotations that speak directly to client challenges and regulatory requirements in Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE.
  • Visiting client sites and conducting technical presentations to demonstrate how our solutions safeguard lives and property.
  • Acting as the go-to technical resource for clients, leveraging your system expertise to guide them through the onboarding process.
  • Coordinating closely with engineering, operations, and service teams to ensure contract delivery meets customer expectations.
  • Keeping your finger on the pulse — tracking market trends, new regulations, and competitor activity so we’re always a step ahead.
  • Checking in post-sale, because you know a strong partnership doesn’t end with a signed contract.

What You’ll Bring

  • Demonstrated experience in sales of fire suppression and fire alarm system maintenance contracts — you know this sector, not just the buzzwords.
  • Solid technical understanding of fire protection systems — enough to answer client questions and build confidence on both sides of the table.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both in person and on paper.
  • Working knowledge of UAE fire safety codes and standards.
  • UAE driving license and eligibility to work in Abu Dhabi.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Arabic language skills can be a definite plus, but not a necessity.
  • Experience working with multinational clients or on large-scale development projects.

Not sure you tick every single box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary package, plus commission that actually rewards your wins.
  • Supportive onboarding — you’ll meet everyone from support staff to the MD your first week.
  • Modern, accessible office right on Al Muroor Street — close to everywhere you want to be in Abu Dhabi.
  • Open feedback culture: ideas and observations are genuinely welcome here, no matter your title.
  • Opportunities for continuous learning and certification in fire safety systems.
  • Hybrid approach to work: field visits, office collaboration, and time for focused work at home — we believe in what works best for you and the client.

We know safety matters, but so does feeling at home in your work community — and that’s what we aim for, every day.

  • Can you walk us through your experience selling fire suppression and fire alarm system maintenance contracts, especially in the UAE market?

  • Share an example of a post-sale client interaction where your follow-up made a tangible difference in the client relationship or contract renewal.
  • When collaborating with engineering and service teams, how do you ensure smooth handovers and clear communication throughout the contract lifecycle?
  • Tell us about a time you had to handle a challenging client or contract. What approach did you take and what was the outcome?
  • Can you describe a situation where you had to balance a client’s expectations with technical or regulatory constraints?
  • What motivates you in a sales environment focused on long-term partnerships rather than just quick wins?
  • How do you contribute to a collaborative, supportive team environment, especially when working across departments?
  • Our company thrives on open communication and rapid idea-sharing. How do you make sure your feedback is heard and positively received in a team setting?
  • The role combines office work, client site visits, and some remote flexibility. How do you stay organized and maintain your productivity in a hybrid work setup?

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

For an experienced Sales Manager specialising in fire suppression and alarm system maintenance contracts in Abu Dhabi, you should expect a monthly salary in the range of 13,000–20,000 AED, with many companies offering additional performance-based incentives or commissions.
