About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Looking for an opportunity to put your organizational talents to good use? Our Abu Dhabi head office is searching for a detail-oriented female Administrative Assistant to help keep our fast-paced workspace running smoothly. If you have a knack for keeping things in order and enjoy being the go-to person for day-to-day team needs, you might just be the teammate we’ve been hoping to find. (Bonus points if you find satisfaction in ticking off your to-do list by lunchtime!)
About the Company
We’re proud to be one of Abu Dhabi’s trusted names in restaurant and kitchen equipment — but beyond the catalogs and stainless steel, our company buzzes with energy and collaboration. Our team’s a lively mix of foodies, logistics pros, and problem-solvers, all working together to serve some of the region’s best-known hospitality brands. Here, you’ll hear laughter around the coffee machine, find friendly debates over the best local shawarma spot, and discover that “organized chaos” is more than just a phrase — it’s our secret ingredient.

- Thoughtfully organizing physical and digital files, so nothing important goes missing
- Communicating in clear, polite English with clients and suppliers (phone, email, and in-person)
- Scheduling meetings or calls — and making sure everyone’s in the right place at the right time
- Coordinating orders, deliveries, or service requests between departments and with our partners
- Following up on action items so deadlines don’t slip through the cracks
- Pitching in wherever you see a gap — whether it’s prepping a spreadsheet or helping the team plan a celebration
What You’ll Bring
- Good English communication skills, written and spoken (you’ll use both every day)
- A knack for organization — you notice the little things others might miss
- Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help out wherever needed
- Comfort with basic office software (think: Word, Excel, email)
- Professional demeanor, especially when interacting with clients and suppliers
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
