What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for client inquiries—whether it’s a phone call, email, or a friendly face at the door
- Coordinating schedules and ensuring smooth communications between brokers, clients, and management
- Handling essential documents with accuracy and confidentiality, from tenancy contracts to property listings
- Keeping records and data up to date using our database and digital tools (don’t worry, we’ll show you the ropes!)
- Assisting with marketing activities—helping craft property listings and supporting social media posts as needed
- Supporting office administration with a problem-solving mindset, whether it’s arranging meetings or tracking supplies
- Bringing positive energy to the team, making our office a more welcoming place for everyone
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently residing in the UAE
- Previous administrative experience (at least 1 year), ideally in real estate or a related field
- Comfortable working with brokers and clients; strong communication skills (Arabic skills a plus, but not mandatory!)
- Well-organized and detail-oriented—juggling multiple tasks comes naturally to you
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a knack for picking up new software
- A positive, proactive attitude and a warm, approachable manner
Nice-to-Haves:
- Direct experience supporting real estate teams or property agencies in the UAE
- Familiarity with document processing for tenancy agreements and brokerage transactions
- Basic marketing/media skills (even if it’s just an Instagram story or two!)
