What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating daily office operations to keep everything running smoothly (think schedules, supplies, and the little things that add up!)
- Managing, organizing, and archiving digital files so documents are accessible, accurate, and secure
- Entering, updating, and maintaining customer records in our CRM system — accuracy is your mantra
- Assisting with correspondence (emails, letters, and official documents) using Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Creating neat reports and data summaries in Excel that make information clear and actionable
- Supporting the team with ad hoc admin tasks — flexibility and a can-do attitude go a long way
- Ensuring confidential information stays just that: confidential
- Pitching in during team projects and providing admin support wherever it’s needed most
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Prior experience in office administration or management within the UAE
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Hands-on experience updating CRM systems (previous use is a big plus)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to archive and manage electronic files with precision
- Reliable, approachable, and quick to learn new software or procedures
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working in a fast-paced or multicultural office environment
- Arabic language skills (written or spoken)
