What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing end-to-end HR operations—from onboarding new hires and maintaining accurate employee records to handling exit formalities.
- Managing staff leave records, attendance, and other day-to-day HR processes.
- Handling all aspects of visa processing for employees and their families, including renewals and cancellations.
- Acting as the point of contact for government-related HR processes: liaising with ministries, labor, and immigration departments.
- Preparing and submitting required documentation to ensure legal compliance (think: timely visa renewals, labor cards, and Emirates IDs).
- Supporting audits and staying up-to-date with all changes in UAE labor laws and government procedures.
- Assisting with basic administrative duties as needed—you may be our HR backbone, but everyone pitches in here!
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience with HR administration, ideally within the UAE.
- Solid knowledge of UAE labor laws and a practical understanding of government HR processes.
- Strong organizational skills—you enjoy ticking things off a checklist and hate loose ends.
- Confidence in handling paperwork, both digital and physical, plus the patience to chase down missing details.
- Excellent written and spoken English (Arabic skills are a big plus, but not required).
