What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handling daily administrative tasks — think document filing, scheduling, and supporting senior staff with operations-related requests.
  • Processing invoices, delivery notes, and key logistics paperwork with care (accuracy matters!).
  • Entering essential data into in-house systems, double-checking for any discrepancies.
  • Responding promptly to emails and phone calls from clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Coordinating the flow of information between drivers, loaders, warehouse teams, and managers — you’re the crucial link.
  • Supporting inventory checks and ensuring stock levels are kept up-to-date in our records.
  • Pitching in whenever needed — every member of our small team steps up, whether it’s a busy delivery day or a late container arrival.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience in an admin, office assistant, or data entry role within logistics, warehousing, or a similar field.
  • Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Comfort with office software (Excel, Word) and quick to pick up new systems.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • You’re currently inside the UAE and available to join immediately.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience handling logistics paperwork specific to the UAE market.
  • Additional language skills (Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, etc.) — always a plus in our multicultural team.
