About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to keep the operations of a busy company running seamlessly, with your keen eye for detail and well-organized approach? We’re Art Hands Contracting and General Maintenance, and we’re looking for a dedicated, experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys making a real impact behind the scenes—and if you happen to be fluent in Malayalam, you’ll fit right in.

About the Company

At Art Hands, we don’t just manage projects—we build lasting relationships and trust with our clients across Abu Dhabi. We’re a tight-knit group with a passion for getting the job done right, whether that means troubleshooting urgent requests in the moment or perfecting our workflows for tomorrow. Our Friday team lunches are legend (ask anyone!), and we genuinely value open communication and mutual support. With us, you’ll be part of a team that believes every role is essential to our story.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handling a wide variety of administrative and office support tasks—everything from professional email correspondence to managing sensitive documents.
  • Accurately entering and updating company data (with thoroughness that impresses your colleagues).
  • Organizing digital and physical files so nothing ever gets lost in the shuffle.
  • Coordinating with different departments for purchase orders, invoicing, and general operations.
  • Ensuring every communication—written, verbal, or digital—is clear, timely, and handled professionally.
  • Keeping a pulse on office supplies and reporting needs before anyone else even notices.
  • Sometimes lending a hand with on-the-spot problem solving (because life in a growing company is never boring!).

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Experience in admin or office work, ideally in a busy or fast-paced setting.
  • Full professional fluency in Malayalam and solid English communication.
  • Exceptional data entry skills—you treat accuracy like a point of personal pride.
  • Comfortable with professional email etiquette and written business communication.
  • Highly organized with a system for just about everything.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time on-site from 9 am to 6 pm.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Background in procurement, purchase, or maintenance-related industries.
  • Familiarity with Abu Dhabi’s business environment or similar multicultural offices.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive, regular salary with on-time payments—no surprises.
  • Friendly, respectful team culture that appreciates your skills and input.
  • Convenient location in Mussafah with easy access to transport and local amenities.
  • Clear growth opportunities as we expand—your work will be noticed.
  • Full-time, stable role with standard daytime hours (your evenings are yours).
  • Occasional team treats, spontaneous celebrations, and staff who genuinely care about each other.

At Art Hands, we believe in building real careers, not just filling seats. You’ll have support from your very first day and plenty of room to make this role your own.
