Join Us as an Administrative Assistant — Be Part of Our Growing Team

Looking for your next career move at a dynamic, people-focused company in Abu Dhabi? Royal Future is seeking two proactive Administrative Assistants who are ready to jump in and make an impact from day one. If you’re someone who thrives when every day looks a little different, is flexible with timings, and enjoys working closely with a team to keep things running smoothly—this might just be your perfect fit. Quick on your feet and ready to start right away? We’d love to meet you.

About Royal Future

We’re a close-knit group with our main hub based right inside Mazzyad Mall, Abu Dhabi—a spot that tends to be buzzing with energy (and, yes, great coffee options nearby). Our team values reliability, adaptability, and open communication. We take our work seriously, but there’s always room for a bit of laughter and sharing stories from our weekly trips to Ruwais. Teamwork is everything here, and we don’t shy away from pooling together when things get busy!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting daily administrative functions at our head office and assisting with documentation for site visits.
  • Coordinating weekly travel logistics to our Ruwais driver worksite (don’t worry—you’ll never go alone).
  • Managing schedules, meetings, and data entry—keeping everything running like clockwork.
  • Communicating by phone and email (sometimes both at once) with internal teams and external partners in clear, professional English.
  • Preparing reports, maintaining records, and ensuring all documentation is filed correctly.
  • Handling last-minute schedule changes or urgent requests—flexibility is key!

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves

    • Immediate availability to join the team.
    • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook—you’ll use them all).
    • Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
    • Willingness to be flexible with work timings and occasional travel between Abu Dhabi and Ruwais.
  • Nice-to-Haves

    • Previous office administration experience.
    • Comfort with handling multiple tasks (and switching gears midstream when needed).
    • Collaborative mindset and a positive attitude, even on busy days.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Positive, accommodating office culture where your effort truly gets noticed.
  • Head office conveniently located at Mazzyad Mall, plus regular field visits to Ruwais to keep things interesting.
  • Opportunities to work with a supportive, lively team who help each other out.
  • Flexible, real-world experience—grow your skillset and get exposure to both office and field operations.
  • Career progression for those ready to take on more responsibility.

We know everyone says their team is “like family,” but ours actually means it. If you’re looking for a role where you’ll feel valued, challenged, and appreciated, you might have just found your new work home.

Common Interview Questions and Tips

To help you prepare and feel confident, here are some questions you might encounter during the interview process for this role.

  • Can you describe your experience with MS Office tools, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook, and share a situation where you relied on these for managing documents or scheduling?
  • Tell me about a time you had to adapt quickly to sudden changes in priorities or schedules during your workday. How did you handle it?
  • This role involves frequent coordination with both team members and external partners. How do you make sure your communication is always clear, professional, and timely?
  • How do you approach data entry and documentation to ensure accuracy and organization, particularly in a fast-moving office environment?
  • Since occasional travel to Ruwais is required, how comfortable are you balancing office tasks with site visit logistics? Can you share an example of managing both in a previous role?
  • Imagine you’re assisting with a time-sensitive report, and halfway through, your manager asks you to shift focus to support urgent travel arrangements. How would you prioritize and keep both tasks on track?
  • Describe a time when you worked closely as part of a team to accomplish a common goal, especially under pressure or tight deadlines. What was your contribution?
  • Reliability is highly valued at Royal Future. How do you ensure you remain dependable, especially when managing several assignments or last-minute requests?
  • Can you share an experience when your positive attitude helped improve your team’s morale or solve a challenge during a particularly busy spell?
  • Flexibility with work timings can be important here. Have you worked in a role that required shifting hours or quick changes to your daily routine? How did you make it work?
  • How do you stay organized when handling multiple administrative responsibilities simultaneously, especially if some are routine and others are urgent?
  • What motivates you to deliver great service in a role where supporting others and teamwork are central to success?
  • We value a lively, family-like office culture. What do you look for in your work environment to feel engaged, supported, and happy at work?
