What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting daily administrative operations—think document prep, filing, and supply management.
- Handling data entry tasks with care and accuracy. Accuracy is a point of pride here!
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence—emails, letters, and a few friendly phone calls.
- Lending a hand with scheduling meetings or booking appointments as needed.
- Keeping digital records up-to-date (and occasionally rescuing us from spreadsheet chaos).
- Assisting colleagues on small projects or tasks when an extra pair of hands makes all the difference.
What You’ll Bring
- Confidence in using basic computer applications (think Word, Excel, and email).
- Strong English skills, both written and spoken—you'll be our go-to for clear, professional communication.
