What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting daily administrative operations—think document prep, filing, and supply management.
  • Handling data entry tasks with care and accuracy. Accuracy is a point of pride here!
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence—emails, letters, and a few friendly phone calls.
  • Lending a hand with scheduling meetings or booking appointments as needed.
  • Keeping digital records up-to-date (and occasionally rescuing us from spreadsheet chaos).
  • Assisting colleagues on small projects or tasks when an extra pair of hands makes all the difference.
