What You’ll Be Doing
- Keep daily office operations running like clockwork — from supplies to schedules to spontaneous requests.
- Manage documentation and correspondence with care and confidentiality, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Schedule meetings for senior executives, sometimes juggling priorities or last-minute changes with grace.
- Act as a reliable point of coordination with various internal departments — think of yourself as the glue that holds us together.
- Support senior management with administrative tasks, travel arrangements, and occasional event planning.
- Welcome clients and guests with a warm, professional demeanor that reflects our luxury brand.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally in a fast-paced or client-facing environment
- Exceptional attention to detail — you catch the small stuff others might miss
- Discretion and professionalism, especially when handling sensitive information
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and basic office technology
- Confident communicator in English (written and spoken)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with the real estate sector or luxury brands
- Fluency in additional languages (Arabic is a plus!)
- Experience supporting C-level executives
