About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what keeps the wheels turning smoothly behind the scenes in a busy service company? As our new Office Assistant, you’ll be the heartbeat of our operations on Sheikh Zayed Road, Deira, making sure every document, cup of coffee, and small interaction helps our day run just a little bit better. This is an urgent hire — if you thrive on variety and like seeing the tangible impact of your work, you might just be the person we’re looking for.

About the Company

We’re a well-established service provider based in the heart of Dubai’s commercial action, right on Sheikh Zayed Road. Our team is a lively mix of go-getters and detail-lovers who believe work should feel purposeful and—even on the busiest days—a bit enjoyable. You’ll find us sharing a laugh over morning tea, but when it’s time to get things done, we’re all in. Our support services department is the backbone of the company; everyone knows your name here, and your contributions will never go unnoticed.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handling the flow of documents — from copying and printing to scanning and organizing, you’ll keep paperwork moving efficiently
  • Preparing documents for distribution: binding, folding, wrapping, and making sure everything looks sharp before it goes out
  • Filing and archiving documents so they’re easy to find when needed (a little order goes a long way!)
  • Distributing internal communications, documents, and notices to various departments with a friendly, professional touch
  • Assisting with basic office hospitality: preparing and serving coffee/tea to staff and visitors (yes, those small moments matter)
  • Supporting the corporate support services team in day-to-day office tasks as needed — you’ll never be short of variety

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Prior experience in an office environment or a similar support role
  • Strong attention to detail and a knack for keeping things organized
  • Basic computer skills (printing, scanning, copying — nothing too fancy)
  • Willingness to pitch in wherever needed and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Good communication skills in English

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with document preparation (binding, folding, etc.)
  • Familiarity with filing systems (digital or paper-based)
  • A friendly, service-oriented approach with colleagues and guests

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary, paid monthly and always on time
  • Friendly, close-knit team where you’ll be welcomed from day one
  • Modern office in a central Dubai location, easily accessible by metro and bus
  • Regular working hours with occasional flexibility if you need it
  • Opportunities to learn new skills and grow within the company
  • Tea, coffee, and laughter are always brewing in the break room

We believe in supporting each other and celebrating the small wins—because in our business, every detail and every person matters. If you’re ready to join a team where your work truly counts, we can’t wait to meet you.
