What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handling daily administrative tasks — from answering phone calls to organizing digital and paper files — to keep our operations humming.
  • Coordinating schedules for management and staff, making sure everyone’s where they need to be (and on time!).
  • Assisting with HR paperwork, onboarding new team members, and keeping employee records up to date.
  • Managing supply orders and vendor communications so the kitchen and front-of-house never run short.
  • Supporting event planning and guest reservations, especially during busy periods or special promotions.
  • Acting as the go-to for questions about policies, schedules, or restaurant happenings.
  • Helping develop and refine processes as we grow — your ideas will be valued, not just noted.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Currently based in the UAE (visitor or resident visa holders welcome).
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills, with a knack for juggling multiple tasks.
  • Confident communication in English; additional languages are a bonus.
  • Comfortable with common office software (think: email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools).
