What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing day-to-day office administrative tasks (think filing, scanning, organizing—your knack for details will shine)
- Drafting, sending, and tracking important company emails, ensuring follow-ups don’t fall through the cracks
- Coordinating documentation for various teams, keeping records orderly and easy to retrieve
- Assisting with scheduling, bookings, and meeting room prep (you’ll often be the first friendly face visitors meet)
- Helping to process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Supporting the team with ad hoc tasks—every day’s a little different, so expect variety!
