Here’s your chance to shine in a place where your organizational superpowers truly matter. We’re on the lookout for an Administrative Assistant to join our real estate office right here in Khalifa City A, Abu Dhabi. About the Company

We’re a growing real estate team with our roots firmly planted in the heart of Khalifa City A. Around here, teamwork isn’t just a buzzword — it’s our daily reality. From coffee runs that turn into brainstorming sessions to Friday afternoons swapping stories, we genuinely care about supporting each other (and squeezing a little fun into the workday). We believe that efficient, friendly admin support is what keeps our ambitions on track, and we’re excited to welcome someone who feels right at home in our dynamic office.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing daily office operations so everything runs like clockwork (think calendars, calls, and paperwork)
  • Welcoming clients and visitors with a friendly face and helpful attitude
  • Keeping contact with agents, tenants, and property owners — answering questions, routing requests, and following up promptly
  • Assisting with document preparation, filing, scanning, and maintaining digital records
  • Supporting basic accounting tasks, like invoice preparation and expense tracking
  • Coordinating appointments and viewings, ensuring everyone’s schedules are up to date
  • Handling incoming emails, phone calls, and messages — you’ll often be the first point of contact
  • Helping make the office environment positive and productive, whether that means ordering supplies or organizing team lunches

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role (ideally in real estate or a similar field)
  • Currently located inside the UAE
  • Filipino nationality
  • Confident communication skills in English; friendly, clear, and professional
  • Comfort with MS Office and basic computer tasks (Word, Excel, email, etc.)
  • Friendly attitude, keen attention to detail, and a knack for staying organized even when it’s busy

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in a real estate office
  • Experience using property management software or CRM systems
  • Able to speak multiple languages (always a plus in our diverse city!)

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive monthly salary (AED 2000 – 3000, depending on experience)
  • Free company-sponsored visa and accommodation (that’s one less thing to worry about!)
  • Annual paid vacation for a well-deserved break every year
  • Supportive team culture where colleagues celebrate wins together
  • Growth opportunities — as we expand, so can your role and responsibilities
  • Convenient Khalifa City A location, easy to access and close to amenities

We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming atmosphere where talent is recognized and hard work pays off — both inside and outside the office. If you’re ready to put your organizational talents to good use and take your administrative career to the next level, we hope you’ll join us!
