About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Are you someone who thrives at the heart of a bustling education center? If organizing, supporting, and bringing order to young learners’ spaces is your happy place, we’d love to meet you. Our Education Center in Sharjah’s vibrant Al Majaz area is searching for an Administration Staff member—someone detail-oriented, warm, and ready to be the behind-the-scenes champion for our students and teachers. With a five-day work week and a friendly team, this is the perfect spot for someone who knows the unique rhythms of educational environments.

About the Company

Picture a place where children’s laughter is a daily soundtrack, and dedication to learning is in the air. That’s us—an established education center in Sharjah’s Al Majaz district, serving a lively community of families and ambitious students. Our team truly cares for each other: birthdays are celebrated, ideas are shared openly, and on quieter days, you might find us trading favorite snack recipes over coffee. We’re small enough for every voice to matter but established enough to offer stability—and we value the special touch only someone with genuine care can bring.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greet students, parents, and teachers with a smile (and a knack for remembering names!)
  • Maintain organized records of student enrollments, attendance, and documentation
  • Support the center’s daily administrative flow: scheduling classes, preparing classroom materials, and handling phone/email inquiries
  • Coordinate with teaching staff to ensure classrooms run smoothly—you’re the go-to for supplies, schedules, and last-minute changes
  • Manage petty cash, fee receipts, and routine financial documentation
  • Help keep our learning spaces tidy, welcoming, and safe for everyone
  • Be the friendly liaison for parent queries, taking care to listen and assist with empathy
  • Pitch in for occasional events or special activities—we all roll up our sleeves here!

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Prior experience in an administrative role within an education center or a related educational setting
  • Comfort with basic office tools (email, Word/Excel, printer/scanner—you don’t need to be a tech wizard, just willing to learn)
  • Strong organizational habits—someone who instinctively brings order to busy spaces
  • Excellent communication skills in English; other languages a plus
  • Warm, approachable attitude (we’re a kid-friendly place)
  • You must have your own valid visa

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with managing fee collection or simple bookkeeping
  • Previous experience in the Sharjah education market

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Five-day work week: enjoy your weekends to relax or explore
  • Friendly, supportive atmosphere—everyone pitches in, no “that’s not my job” mentality here
  • Simple, straightforward salary of AED 2000 per month
  • Exposure to a diverse group of students, educators, and parents: every day is a little different
  • Learn and grow on the job, especially if you love working with children or dream of building a long-term career in education
  • Accessible location in Al Majaz, making your daily commute that much easier
  • Coffee breaks, small celebrations, and the little things that make workdays brighter

If you enjoy being part of a caring team that values each member’s contribution, we hope you’ll consider joining us. Every day brings its own small victories, and together, we make a real difference in children’s lives.
