What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your position, here’s a glimpse into your day-to-day:
Online Sales Specialist
- Connect with potential customers through various digital channels—think WhatsApp, Facebook, and more.
- Handle order inquiries promptly, providing accurate information and friendly follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the inventory and delivery team to ensure customers get what they need, when they need it.
- Keep detailed records of customer requests and sales activity; your organization skills will shine here.
Receptionist (Hotel)
- Greet guests with a genuine smile, ensuring they feel welcomed and looked after from the moment they arrive.
- Manage bookings and check-ins/outs efficiently, using the latest hotel management software.
- Respond to guest requests—big or small—with patience and a can-do attitude.
- Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to keep operations smooth behind the scenes.
Electrician Cum AC Technician
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, equipment, and AC units.
- Troubleshoot issues on the spot, keeping downtime to a minimum.
- Complete preventative maintenance checks and document your work clearly for the team.
- Prioritize safety and follow best practices in every task.
