About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever picture yourself as the glue that quietly holds an office together? That person who always seems to have the answer, the document, the right contact, or—the all-important coffee order—just when it’s needed? If so, we’d love to meet you. We’re looking for dedicated Administration Staff to join our growing team in Al Jaddaf, Dubai. Whether your strengths shine in reception, data entry, admin coordination, or document control, your efforts will keep our workplace running smoothly (and with a touch more cheer).
About the Company
Our team is driven by the belief that great things happen when people feel supported. We’ve got a diverse group from different backgrounds—some of us swear by sticky notes, others can’t live without their digital calendars. Regardless of style, we keep things moving with collaboration, a positive environment, and the occasional desk-to-desk cake celebration. We’re in a chapter of steady growth, investing in both our people and how we work together. Here, your ideas will matter, and your impact will be noticed.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the first point of contact: greeting guests, answering calls, and handling emails with efficiency and warmth.
- Managing, filing, and updating office documents and records—sometimes digitally, sometimes the good old-fashioned way.
- Coordinating schedules, meetings, and internal communications across multiple departments.
- Supporting the needs of management and different teams with a can-do, problem-solving outlook.
- Entering, verifying, and tracking data (accuracy is your middle name).
- Helping make the office environment welcoming, well-supplied, and organized.
- Pitching in on special projects, from event planning to report preparation, based on where your skills fit best.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in any of: administration, data entry, reception, office coordination, document control, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—double checking is just how your brain works.
- Confident English communication, both written and spoken (additional languages a plus).
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Reliable, flexible, and a team player. No task is “beneath” you if it helps the day run smoother.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in a busy Dubai office or similar multicultural environment.
- Prior exposure to document management systems, CRM, or other office software.
- A flair for customer service, or that knack for making people feel welcome.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary (ranges based on experience and role).
- Paid annual leave plus public holidays—your time off matters.
- Supportive leadership invested in growth and skill-building.
- Modern, accessible office in the heart of Al Jaddaf—close to metro stations and easy lunch spots.
- Friendly, team-oriented culture with regular get-togethers (and yes, sometimes cake).
- Opportunity to develop your career path—many of us started in admin and moved up.
When you join us, you’re joining an office where your presence makes a daily difference—and where “administration” means much more than just paperwork. If you’re looking for a role with variety, responsibility, and a genuinely good group of people, we think you’ll feel right at home.
