What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling day-to-day administrative tasks — from managing records to keeping operations on track.
- Coordinating directly with mall management and on-ground staff to ensure smooth scheduling and workflow.
- Assisting with staff rosters, payroll queries, and basic HR duties (it’s all about keeping the team happy and organized).
- Supporting in facility and operations reporting, including liaising with maintenance or security as needed.
- Supervising junior staff or guiding teams (Supervisor/Team Leader roles) to meet daily and weekly operational goals.
- Providing a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors – whether that means pitching in at the info desk or helping out at big events.
- Jumping in to solve the occasional “surprise” — we’re talking the real, not-found-in-the-manual moments!
- Collaborating with other departments as part of a cross-functional operations team.
What You’ll Bring

- You’re currently based in the UAE and ready to start quickly.
- Previous administrative, supervisory, or team leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or similar settings.
- Strong communication skills (in English; Arabic a plus).
