Looking for a role where your organizational skills truly make a difference? As an Administrative Officer in the glass and aluminum industry, you’ll be the linchpin supporting both project execution and office operations — all in a sector that’s as dynamic as the skyline itself. About the Company
We’re not your typical industrial firm — we blend tradition and innovation to deliver standout glass and aluminum solutions across the region. Our team is close-knit, collaborative, and passionate about turning visionary designs into finished projects. Conversation flows easily here (in both Arabic and English!), and while our workshops hum with precision, our office still finds a reason to order in sweets whenever a big project milestone is hit. Growth is in our DNA; whether you’re on-site or strategizing in the meeting room, you’ll find your contributions matter.

- Reviewing, verifying, and organizing all project-related quotations and contracts
- Keeping meticulous records (think contracts, delivery notes, and project updates — you’ll never miss a detail)
- Participating in team meetings to relay updates from the field and raise any timely issues
- Occasionally coordinating logistics (and yes, that’s where your driver’s license comes in handy)
