What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily office operations and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Handling document preparation, filing, and internal records so everyone stays on the same page.
- Liaising with other departments and external partners to facilitate smooth business processes.
- Coordinating meeting schedules, business travel arrangements, and staff communications.
- Managing incoming calls and visitor interactions in a courteous, efficient manner.
- Assisting with visa processes and employment documentation for new hires.
- Taking initiative to troubleshoot small hiccups before they become problems.
What You’ll Bring

- Current residency within the UAE.
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role.
