What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping the office humming by handling a variety of daily administrative duties.
- Supporting office operations—think scheduling meetings, updating records, and making sure office supplies never run low.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and organized records, so everyone can find what they need when they need it.
- Assisting management with ad-hoc administrative requests—sometimes planned, sometimes last-minute (variety is the spice of office life, right?).
- Helping with coordination between departments to ensure information flows smoothly.
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (you know your way around a filing cabinet—or the digital equivalent).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—because you like things just so.
- Comfortable with standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite, email, printing/scanning, the whole toolkit).
- Good communication skills in English (and Arabic is a plus).
- Positive, can-do attitude—you take ownership of your work and don’t sweat the small stuff.
