What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for their visit
- Coordinating appointments and ensuring schedules run like clockwork
- Assisting the medical team with day-to-day admin tasks — from records to reporting
- Keeping an eagle eye on the reception area, ensuring it stays tidy and welcoming
- Supporting new team members as they get oriented (don’t worry, you’ll learn the ropes first!)
