About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever thought about building a solid foundation for your career right in the heart of Dubai? We’re looking for an Admin Supervisor to join our lively team in Al Karama. Whether you’re stepping into the workforce for the first time or eager for a fresh start, this is a chance to earn, learn, and grow in a city that’s always buzzing with new opportunities. All you need is the right attitude — we handle the training!
About the Company
Our team isn’t just about ticking boxes — we pride ourselves on creating an environment where newcomers feel instantly welcome. Based in the thriving community of Al Karama, we work at the pace of Dubai’s ever-changing landscape, but never lose sight of the small things: morning coffees together, the occasional after-work celebration, and helping each other succeed. We're committed to giving every team member the tools and support they need to step up, settle in, and build a future here.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with daily office operations — think paperwork, phone calls, and supporting different departments as needed
- Learning how to coordinate schedules and meetings, with real support from colleagues
- Helping keep our workplace organized and running smoothly (a tidy desk is a happy desk)
- Greeting visitors, handling basic inquiries, and making everyone feel welcome
- Collaborating with your supervisor to learn processes and gradually take on more responsibility
- Handling basic data entry and maintaining company records under guidance
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- You’re already inside the UAE and ready to start soon
- Good communication skills (no need for perfection, just a willingness to talk and listen)
- Eagerness to learn — no experience needed, just a can-do attitude
- Reliability: you show up, follow instructions, and care about your work
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in any office or teamwork setting (not required, but it helps)
- Basic computer skills (if you can manage emails, you’ll do just fine)
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Company-sponsored two-year residency (visa included)
- Free accommodation and transportation — one less thing to worry about in Dubai!
- Competitive salary starting from AED 5,000 to AED 6,000
- 8-hour workdays, one day off per week so you can recharge
- Supportive team that welcomes fresh faces — and celebrates new achievements
- Be part of a multicultural environment in one of Dubai’s most convenient neighborhoods
We know it can be daunting to start something new, especially in a place as vibrant as Dubai. But here, you’re not just another face in the crowd — you’re part of a community where your growth matters.
