What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing day-to-day administrative operations within the clinic to ensure smooth workflow and happy visitors
- Coordinating schedules for staff, including tracking attendance and arranging necessary cover
- Supporting patient intake and registration—think friendly guidance for people who are nervous, lost, or just in need of a little kindness
- Organizing and maintaining clinic records, both paper and digital (don’t worry, we’ll show you the ropes)
- Liaising between medical providers, patients, and outside vendors as needed
- Handling basic supply management (nobody likes running out of coffee or bandages!)
- Jumping in to solve the little snags—whether it’s a booking hiccup or helping a colleague set up for the next shift
- Pitching in during busy times—admin and teamwork go hand-in-hand here
What You’ll Bring
- Currently inside the UAE and ready for a fresh start (visit visas welcome)
- Willingness to learn on the job—previous clinic or admin experience isn’t required
- Communicative, helpful, courteous character—having a smile for visitors goes a long way
- Comfortable organizing, prioritizing, and keeping on top of details
- Basic computer skills (if you’ve ever used email, spreadsheets, or digital folders, you’ll pick things up quickly)
- Ready to work on-site in Al Karama for 8-hour shifts, with one day off per week
