What You’ll Be Doing

  • Getting to know our products and services inside and out so you can confidently present them to clients
  • Reaching out to prospects, answering questions, and guiding new customers through their first steps
  • Working closely with managers and teammates during the 10-day probation period—expect plenty of support and feedback
  • Meeting daily targets to qualify for commission and bonuses once you pass probation
  • Updating customer records, tracking your progress, and flagging any challenges (we tackle problems together)
  • Pitching in on team meetings, sharing wins, and brainstorming smarter ways to connect with clients

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves:

    • Ability to communicate fluently and comfortably in English (verbal and written)
    • Motivation to succeed and openness to feedback—you’re not afraid to start small and aim high
    • Willingness to learn, adapt, and show up with a positive attitude—even on day one
    • Availability for the brief (but important!) 10-day probation/training period
  • Nice-to-Haves:

    • Previous sales, customer service, or call center experience
    • Familiarity with the UAE market or similar industries
    • Strong interpersonal skills—you enjoy talking to people from all backgrounds
