About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered how engineering expertise can directly shape safer, more sustainable crop environments? We're looking for an Agricultural Engineer who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and get into the field—literally. This is a pivotal role at the intersection of science and real-world impact, where your insights will directly influence pest control strategies across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and the surrounding industrial areas. If you're keen on tackling agricultural challenges and have a passion for clean, healthy surroundings, you might just find your next big opportunity here.

We believe that effective pest control is about more than quick fixes—it’s about building trust with clients and caring for the land we all rely on. You’ll be joining a tight-knit group that values transparent communication, celebrates wins (big and small), and isn’t afraid to try new solutions—Friday team breakfasts are a tradition, and swapping field stories is encouraged.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily pest and general pest control operations in both open fields and industrial environments.
- Conducting on-site inspections to assess pest problems and determine customized intervention strategies.
- Advising on and implementing technical solutions, always prioritizing industry best practices and environmental safety.
- Training and mentoring pest control technicians on the latest procedures and safety standards—your coaching will matter.
- Collaborating with other engineers and field specialists to develop integrated pest management plans.
- Keeping meticulous records of applications, solutions used, and outcomes to ensure compliance and drive improvements.
- Reporting observations and recommending upgrades in equipment or methods to increase operational effectiveness.
- Troubleshooting unique or recurring pest issues, and adapting plans as needed based on field realities.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience (2+ years preferred) in pest management, preferably within agricultural or industrial settings.
- Strong understanding of pest biology, control methods, and safety protocols.
- Confident problem-solving abilities and a knack for thinking on your feet.
- Clear, practical communication—whether you’re documenting a process or coaching a new technician.
- Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites in Abu Dhabi/Al Ain/industrial areas.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience leading small field teams or training others.
- Familiarity with sustainable or organic pest control methodologies.
- Working knowledge of local regulatory standards and reporting requirements.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary with regular performance reviews—your growth matters to us.
- Company vehicle provided for field visits (because we know you’ll be on the move).
- Supportive, small-team environment where your expertise is recognized, and your ideas actually shape the process.

- Ongoing training in the latest pest control technologies and sustainable practices.
- Flexible working hours and a reasonable blend of office and field work.
