What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with the smooth arrival and departure of passengers, offering guidance and a helping hand when needed.
- Handling baggage — from sorting and tagging to ensuring safe and timely delivery to the right carousel or aircraft.
- Supporting cargo operations, making sure goods are moved efficiently, securely, and according to protocols.
- Coordinating with airline staff and ground crews to ensure aircraft are ready for boarding, turnaround, and departure.
- Responding promptly to any operational issues, safety concerns, or passenger queries.
- Maintaining strict adherence to safety, security, and regulatory procedures at all times.
- Keeping an eye out for anything unusual and reporting incidents to supervisors as needed.
