About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ready to Join Us as a Car Park Attendant?
Looking to hit the ground running in Al Ain? If you’re someone who knows the ins and outs of managing busy parking areas — whether as a traffic controller, a parking attendant, or even a security guard with parking experience — we’d love to connect. At our parking management company, we’re seeking a Car Park Attendant who can start right away at Remall Mall. This is more than a “stand and watch” job; it’s about helping people, keeping things moving, and making a difference where it counts. Sound like a place you’d fit in?
About Us
We might be parking pros, but don’t let that fool you — our team is anything but monotonous. We’re the folks behind the scenes who keep chaos at bay and make sure that parking lots run smoothly (you know, the unsung heroes of every shopping spree). Our small but tight-knit crew at Remall Mall genuinely looks out for each other, with regular check-ins, shared coffee breaks, and a keen sense of humor about the daily surprises parking can bring. Here, reliability is gold, customer smiles are celebrated, and resourcefulness is always appreciated.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Direct vehicles efficiently in and out of parking areas, always keeping safety and flow top of mind.
- Assist customers with parking questions, ticketing, or finding their way around — sometimes with just a friendly wave.
- Monitor the premises to prevent unauthorized parking or security concerns; your vigilance can make all the difference.
- Handle basic record-keeping like documenting any incidents, lost tickets, or customer feedback.
- Work closely with teammates, communicating via two-way radio to handle busy periods or tricky situations.
- Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly so the site stays in tip-top shape.
- Maintain a presentable, professional appearance — you’re the face of our operation at Remall!
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in at least one of these roles:
- Traffic Controller
- Parking Attendant (ideally for a parking management company)
- Security Guard with demonstrated parking management duties
- Ability to stay calm and helpful under pressure — crowded parking lots don’t rattle you.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Reliability and honesty; we trust you with our customers and our site.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with Remall Mall or the Al Ain area.
- Basic problem-solving skills (maybe you’ve helped someone find their car on a busy day?).
- A friendly, approachable attitude — the kind customers remember.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Immediate start: If you’re ready, so are we — onboarding is quick and organized.
- Team culture: Supportive colleagues who genuinely have each other’s backs.
- Shift flexibility: We do our best to accommodate preferences where possible.
- Uniforms and gear provided — just bring your smile and your work ethic.
- Paid breaks and overtime where applicable.
- Opportunities for future advancement: Hard work gets noticed here, whether you want to go deeper into security, customer service, or even site management.
- A steady, stable job with regular hours in a high-footfall mall environment.
At the end of the day, you’ll be part of a crew that keeps things running smoothly for hundreds of people — and you’ll get the kind of appreciation that comes from being absolutely essential. If you like seeing the direct impact of your work every day (and don’t mind earning a few thank-yous while you’re at it), we’d love to chat.
