About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered how your creative vision could shape the rising cityscape of Dubai? Here’s your chance to design buildings that stand out in a place renowned for its architectural marvels. We’re looking for an Architect to join our growing construction team in Barsha — no previous UAE experience required. If you’re ready to move your career (and possibly your life) to one of the world’s most innovative skylines, this could be your perfect next step.
About the Company
Step into a workplace where no two days look quite the same. We’re a tight-knit, energetic construction company tucked into the heart of Barsha — where big ambitions meet practical know-how. Our office runs on imagination, respect, and straight-talking collaboration (and, okay, probably a fair amount of good coffee). We're proud to welcome talent from around the world, believing that fresh perspectives fuel the boldest ideas. Here, your blueprints don’t just stay on the page — they rise up as landmarks.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Crafting architectural designs and drawings for diverse construction projects (think residential towers, smart offices, and more)
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and site teams to bring concepts to life — from idea, to plan, to bricks and mortar
- Visiting construction sites to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure your designs are realized as intended
- Presenting your ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders, translating creative concepts into tangible plans
- Researching materials, techniques, and regulations to make sure projects follow the latest best practices and safety standards
- Contributing to regular team discussions, design reviews, and enthusiastic “what-if-we-tried-this?” brainstorming sessions
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Strong proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)
- An eye for detail paired with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Ability to communicate your ideas clearly — visually and verbally
- Good English skills (spoken and written)
- Eagerness to adapt and learn in a new cultural and work environment
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working on international projects
- Familiarity with 3D rendering software or graphic design tools
- Knowledge of sustainable or green building practices
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Two-year residency permit, fully arranged and sponsored
- Competitive monthly salary (AED 6,000–7,000) — paid on time, every month
- Comprehensive health insurance to keep you covered
- Annual leave and public holiday time off — work/life balance matters here
- Supportive onboarding, with help settling into life in Dubai if you’re relocating
- Friendly colleagues who celebrate team wins and share knowledge
- Opportunities to see your ideas built into real, lasting structures
We believe great work is built on trust, respect, and ambition — and we’re excited to welcome a new teammate who feels the same. If you’re passionate about turning sketches into skylines, you’ll feel right at home.
