What You’ll Be Doing

  • Participating in the design and development of residential and commercial projects, from concept sketches through to detailed plans.
  • Collaborating with engineers, designers, and project managers to bring innovative ideas to life.
  • Preparing technical drawings, 3D models, and presentations for internal reviews and client meetings.
  • Conducting site visits as needed to monitor progress and ensure design intent is realized.
  • Researching materials, local and international architectural trends, and sustainable building practices.
  • Working with our team to ensure all designs comply with relevant regulations—and picking up plenty of local know-how along the way.
  • Engaging in regular team meetings (you’ll soon discover we take our shared morning coffees seriously).

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • A degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
  • Strong proficiency with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Creativity, curiosity, and a desire to grow your skills in a multicultural environment.
  • The ability to communicate ideas clearly—both visually and verbally.
  • Open-mindedness and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous architectural project experience, even if outside the UAE.
  • Familiarity with sustainable design principles.
  • Skills in rendering or architectural visualization tools.
  • A portfolio showcasing your unique perspective or proudest projects.
