We’re a UAE-based construction company looking for a Blockwork & Plaster Foreman who can step onto our site and take charge from day one. What You’ll Be Doing
- Take full charge of blockwork and plastering crews on site — assigning daily tasks, tracking progress, and keeping productivity where it should be.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, then translate them into clear instructions your team can actually follow.
- Check layouts, levels, and alignment before, during, and after the work — catching problems early instead of fixing them later.
- Inspect workmanship constantly. If a wall isn’t plumb or a finish isn’t clean, you’ll be the one who spots it first.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other trades so your crew isn’t waiting around or working over someone else’s unfinished work.
- Manage material usage and flag shortages before they become delays.
- Keep your workers safe, motivated, and clear on what’s expected of them each day.
What You’ll Bring
Must-haves:
- Proven UAE experience in blockwork, masonry, and plastering — you’ve done this work, not just supervised it from a distance.
- A track record of managing site workers: assigning tasks, monitoring output, and getting the best out of a crew.
- The ability to read construction drawings and check layouts, levels, and alignment accurately.
- A sharp eye for quality workmanship — you notice the small stuff because the small stuff matters.
- Availability to join immediately.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience across both residential and commercial projects.
- Familiarity with UAE safety standards and site regulations.
- A valid UAE driving license.
