What You’ll Be Doing
- Working closely with senior architects and project managers to develop innovative design solutions for commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects
- Preparing detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentations for clients and planners — sometimes with tight deadlines, always with plenty of support
- Liaising with engineers, contractors, and consultants to coordinate design execution and ensure projects stay on track
- Visiting sites to monitor construction progress and gather hands-on experience in Dubai’s ever-changing urban landscape
- Staying current with local building codes, sustainability guidelines, and safety standards (we’ll guide you through the UAE particulars)
- Participating in regular design reviews, sharing your ideas, and contributing to a culture of constructive feedback and open dialogue
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field
- Portfolio showcasing your recent design projects (can be from studies or past roles)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and/or similar architectural software
- Strong communication skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Eagerness to live and work in Dubai for at least two years
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working in multicultural teams or on international projects
- Knowledge of sustainable or “green” building practices
- Any additional certifications or licenses related to architecture
