About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s really like to leave your mark on Dubai’s evolving skyline? As an Architect at our Mirdif-based firm, you’ll do just that—designing spaces that blend innovation and practicality in one of the world’s most ambitious cities. If you’re ready to put your creative vision and leadership skills to work in a market where every project counts, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
About the Company
We’re a tight-knit architecture and design team in the heart of Mirdif, Dubai, where new ideas don’t just get discussed—they get built. While we take our craft seriously, you’ll find that we still value a bit of humor over (very necessary) cups of strong coffee and regularly share inspiration over team lunches. Our clients range from ambitious startups to established developers, giving us a front-row seat to Dubai’s rapid transformation. Growth isn’t just a buzzword here—it’s something you’ll experience firsthand, whether it’s through project exposure or the shared high-fives after landing a big client.

- Collaborating with clients directly—presenting ideas, understanding visions, and translating needs to blueprint reality
- Coordinating with engineers, consultants, and our in-house team to keep projects running smoothly
- Overseeing site visits to ensure designs match up in practice (yes, hard hats required—sometimes literally)
- Balancing creative ambitions with practical constraints like budgets and schedules
- Mentoring junior architects and team members, sharing lessons learned and best practices
- Staying current with local building regulations and Dubai’s unique planning requirements

- Previous experience within the Dubai or broader UAE market
- Proficiency in industry tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and the Adobe Creative Suite

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
