About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s really like to leave your mark on Dubai’s evolving skyline? As an Architect at our Mirdif-based firm, you’ll do just that—designing spaces that blend innovation and practicality in one of the world’s most ambitious cities. If you’re ready to put your creative vision and leadership skills to work in a market where every project counts, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

About the Company

We’re a tight-knit architecture and design team in the heart of Mirdif, Dubai, where new ideas don’t just get discussed—they get built. While we take our craft seriously, you’ll find that we still value a bit of humor over (very necessary) cups of strong coffee and regularly share inspiration over team lunches. Our clients range from ambitious startups to established developers, giving us a front-row seat to Dubai’s rapid transformation. Growth isn’t just a buzzword here—it’s something you’ll experience firsthand, whether it’s through project exposure or the shared high-fives after landing a big client.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading architectural design for diverse project scopes, from concept through completion
  • Collaborating with clients directly—presenting ideas, understanding visions, and translating needs to blueprint reality
  • Coordinating with engineers, consultants, and our in-house team to keep projects running smoothly
  • Overseeing site visits to ensure designs match up in practice (yes, hard hats required—sometimes literally)
  • Balancing creative ambitions with practical constraints like budgets and schedules
  • Mentoring junior architects and team members, sharing lessons learned and best practices
  • Staying current with local building regulations and Dubai’s unique planning requirements

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience managing clients and guiding project teams—leadership is second nature to you
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Architecture or a related field
  • Strong portfolio showcasing built projects and creative problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills, especially when it comes to explaining big ideas—both on paper and in meetings
  • Familiarity with Dubai municipality codes and standards

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience within the Dubai or broader UAE market
  • Proficiency in industry tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and the Adobe Creative Suite
  • A knack for making complex zoning laws sound almost exciting in team meetings

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary range: AED 5,000–6,000 per month
  • Comprehensive health insurance because your well-being matters
  • Two-year residency permit with the option for renewal
  • Structured, renewable employment contracts—no limbo, just stability
  • Regular team events and learning sessions (think, pizza-fueled brainstorming afternoons)
  • Collaborative, supportive office environment where leadership and new ideas are genuinely valued
  • Unique opportunity to impact real projects in one of the world’s fastest-growing urban landscapes

At our company, your designs won’t gather dust—they’ll become part of Dubai itself. Ready to help shape what comes next?
