If you thrive when working with your hands, love a good puzzle, and take pride in reliable, high-quality work, this role could be your next adventure. You’ll play a vital part in making sure every test and sample tells the right story — and makes a genuine difference for patients and clinicians alike.

About the Company

We’re a growing healthcare provider, but we never want to lose that tight-knit, supportive vibe that makes work fun. Our lab team is a blend of seasoned experts and enthusiastic newcomers — all united by a passion for accurate science and patient care. It’s not unusual to find folks sharing tips over coffee in the break room or organizing friendly quiz sessions to keep things sharp. Our leadership team truly values initiative, clear communication, and ongoing learning. Here, you’re more than a job title, and your contributions will never go unnoticed.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing samples for analysis with a careful eye, ensuring all labeling and handling steps are followed to the letter.
  • Assisting senior laboratory staff during routine and specialized tests — and asking questions when you’re curious or uncertain.
  • Performing basic maintenance and calibration on lab equipment to keep things humming.
  • Safely disposing of laboratory waste while adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Recording data meticulously in both digital and handwritten logs, contributing to a paper trail colleagues can truly trust.
  • Alerting supervisors promptly to any inconsistencies, equipment issues, or safety concerns you spot.
  • Pitching in wherever needed — some days may call for lending a hand with inventory, prepping reagents, or restocking supplies.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • A diploma or certificate in laboratory technology, biology, or a related health science.
  • A sharp attention to detail — you notice the little things that keep everything on track.
  • Ability to follow instructions and standard safety procedures without cutting corners.
  • Team spirit: you enjoy collaborating and are eager to help colleagues succeed.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping habits.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Prior experience in a healthcare laboratory setting (even if it was an internship).
  • Comfort using basic lab equipment and computer software.
  • Basic conversational English; additional language skills are welcome.
  • A calm, courteous approach when things get busy or unexpected challenges arise.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary and clear opportunities for growth.
  • Supportive team environment where questions are welcomed, not frowned upon.
  • Modern lab facilities in the heart of Oud Metha, Dubai.
  • Regular training sessions — we want you to keep leveling up your skills.
  • An inclusive workplace: we believe every voice matters and celebrate our diverse backgrounds.
  • Flexible roster options and generous leave so you can balance work and life.
  • Occasional team lunches and wellness programs — because we care about your happiness, too.

You’ll join a lab where your best work helps patients get the answers they need. We can’t wait to meet you and discover what you’ll bring to our team.
