What You’ll Be Doing
Painting Mechanic
- Prep, mask, and refinish a variety of makes and models to factory or better-than-factory standards.
- Collaborate with the denting and polishing teams to ensure seamless handovers and a perfect end result.
- Mix paints for custom requirements, matching colors and textures with keen attention to detail.
- Keep up with the latest paint systems and application techniques.
Polishing & Denting Technician
- Use cutting-edge tools and compounds to restore faded finishes to “like-new” brilliance.
- Repair minor/major dents with methodical care, ensuring panels are straight, smooth, and ready for paint.
- Work closely with painters and mechanics to streamline repair workflow and ensure delivery timelines.
Denting Mechanic
- Handle all types of dent repairs, from minor dings to major collision restoration.
- Use traditional and modern methods, including panel beating and PDR (Paintless Dent Repair), depending on project needs.
- Advise on best approaches for complex restorations in a way that balances efficiency with craftsmanship.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Proven hands-on experience in relevant area: painting, polishing/denting, or denting mechanics (at least 2 years preferred).
- Familiarity with workshop safety protocols and best practices.
- Eye for detail—you’ll need patience and pride in producing top-notch results.
- Reliable, flexible attitude—able to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
