What You'll Be Doing
- Take on carpentry work — formwork, timber framing, and shuttering for concrete structures — or steel fixing, depending on your trade and experience
- Read and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and instructions from site engineers
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials to precise specifications (no eyeballing it — accuracy matters here)
- Coordinate with other trades on-site to keep the project moving on schedule
- Follow all health and safety protocols — we take this seriously, and so should you
- Keep your work area organized and report any issues to your supervisor promptly
