ARMANDOZ is a fabrication and finishing outfit based in Abu Dhabi, and we've built our reputation on one simple idea: good work speaks for itself. What You'll Be Doing
For Carpenters:
- Reading technical drawings and turning them into precise, well-fitted pieces
- Working with MDF and various timber materials to build custom furniture
- Constructing exhibition stands and display units — sometimes on tight deadlines
- Handling on-site installations across Abu Dhabi, making sure everything fits and finishes cleanly
- Coordinating with the finishing team to ensure smooth handoffs between build and paint stages
For Wood Painters / Finishers:
- Applying PU paint, putty, and primer with a keen eye for even coverage
- Sanding and preparing surfaces to a smooth, flawless base
- Mixing and matching colours to meet client specs or reference samples
- Spraying and hand-finishing pieces to a high standard — no drips, no streaks
- Working closely with carpenters to meet project timelines without cutting corners on quality
What You'll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Solid, hands-on experience in carpentry or wood painting/finishing
- For carpenters: proven ability with MDF, furniture manufacturing, stand building, and installation
- For painters: proficiency with PU paint systems, putty, primer, and sanding techniques
- A practical eye for detail — you notice the small stuff because it matters
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, often under real-world deadlines
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Abu Dhabi
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with exhibition or event stand fabrication
- Ability to read basic shop drawings
- A valid UAE driving licence (helpful for installation runs, but not a dealbreaker)
