About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Build Something That Lasts — With a Team That Has Your Back

There's a certain kind of pride that comes from pointing at a skyline and saying, "I helped build that." If you've been looking for steady work with a company that actually takes care of its people, this might be the opportunity you've been waiting for. We're a construction and contracting firm based in Abu Dhabi, and right now we're growing fast — which means we need skilled hands, sharp eyes, and reliable people across several trades. Painters, electricians, and site supervisors, this one's for you.

Who We Are

We're headquartered in Musaffah, right by Mazyad Mall, but our real home is out on the sites — Riyadh City, Saadiyat, Al Falah, Al Samha, and Al Shawamekh. If you know Abu Dhabi, you know these are some of the most active development zones in the emirate, and our crews are part of that story. We're not a faceless giant; we're a company where supervisors know their workers by name and where a job well done gets noticed.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Painters: Preparing surfaces, mixing and applying paints, and finishing interiors and exteriors to a standard you'd be proud to put your name on.
  • Electricians: Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems on active construction sites — reading layouts, running conduit, and making sure everything is safe and code-compliant.
  • Supervisors: Leading crews, coordinating daily tasks, checking quality, and keeping projects on schedule without cutting corners on safety.
  • Working alongside a multicultural team where communication and mutual respect keep things moving.
  • Following site safety protocols — not because someone's watching, but because everyone goes home at the end of the day.

What You'll Bring

Must-haves:

  • Hands-on experience in your trade (painting, electrical work, or site supervision).
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Abu Dhabi.
  • A solid understanding of safety practices on construction sites.
  • Reliability — showing up on time and ready to work matters here.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Relevant certifications or trade qualifications.
  • Experience on large-scale residential or commercial projects.
  • A valid UAE driving license (helpful, not a dealbreaker).

Not sure you tick every box? We'd still love to hear from you — skills can be sharpened, but a good attitude is something you bring with you.

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • Free accommodation — a comfortable place to rest after a hard day's work.
  • Free visa and residency — we handle the paperwork so you can focus on the job.
  • Free transportation — getting to and from sites is on us.
  • Free medical insurance — because your health comes first.
  • Work sites across Abu Dhabi's most active development areas, so you're never stuck in one spot forever.
  • A team culture that values effort and rewards consistency.

Look, construction work is demanding — no one's pretending otherwise. But when the basics are covered and the people around you respect what you do, it makes a real difference. We're hiring now and moving quickly, so if this sounds like the right fit, don't wait around. Come build with us.

Common Interview Questions and Tips

To help you prepare and feel confident, here are some questions you might encounter during the interview process for this role.

  • Walk me through how you prep a surface before painting when it's seen heavy wear — what's your process from start to finish?
  • You're on a site in Riyadh City and the electrical layout you've been given doesn't match what's actually in the walls. How do you handle that?
  • Supervisors, tell me about a time a project started falling behind schedule. What did you actually do to get it back on track?
  • Can you describe a tricky troubleshooting job you've dealt with — something that wasn't obvious at first? How did you track down the problem?
  • What does a safe workday look like to you? Give me an example of a time you spotted a hazard and spoke up about it.
  • For the electricians: how do you make sure your work stays code-compliant when you're under pressure to move fast?
  • Painters, how do you handle a client or supervisor who says the finish isn't right, even when you think it is?
  • Tell me about a time you had to work with someone whose approach or background was very different from yours. How did that go?
  • Supervisors, how do you earn the trust of a new crew — especially when deadlines are tight and everyone's watching?
  • What's kept you in this trade? I'm curious what makes the work worth it for you on the hard days.
  • If you joined us and six months in you felt like something on site wasn't working, would you say something? How would you go about it?
  • We move between sites — Riyadh City, Saadiyat, Al Falah, and others. How do you handle changes in routine or location without losing your rhythm?
  • Give me an example of a time you made a mistake on the job. What happened, and what did you do next?

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

For construction roles like these in Abu Dhabi, similar positions usually pay painters around 1,800–3,000 AED per month, electricians around 2,500–4,500 AED, and site supervisors around 5,000–9,000 AED, depending on experience and certifications. Since this company covers accommodation, visa, transport, and medical insurance, the package is worth more than the basic salary alone, so factor that in when you negotiate. You should expect at least the lower end of these ranges, and if you have several years of hands-on UAE site experience or trade qualifications, don't hesitate to ask for the higher end.
