What You’ll Be Doing
We have a few open seats and each comes with its unique rhythm — here’s what you can expect in a nutshell:
Operations Manager
- Oversee daily workshop operations and keep the workflow humming smoothly
- Motivate and manage a high-performing team, from technicians to customer service
- Track inventory, supplies, and equipment — you know, the nuts and bolts
- Jump in to resolve hiccups, whether it’s a scheduling snag or a customer concern
- Spot areas for improvement and bring fresh ideas to make us even better
Service Advisor
- Welcome guests and translate their car woes into action for the team
- Keep customers in the loop, explaining repairs in clear, friendly terms
- Prepare service estimates, authorizations, and follow-ups with a personal touch
- Triage emergency requests and ensure everyone leaves happier than when they arrived
Roadside Assistance Technician
- Respond to breakdown calls — you’ll be the hero getting folks moving again
- Diagnose and resolve issues on the spot, from flat tyres to battery boosts
- Maintain tools and keep your van ready for the next call
- Offer reassurance and support to customers at stressful moments
Wheel Alignment Technician
- Perform precision wheel alignments using our top-notch equipment
- Inspect suspension and steering systems, spotting what needs fixing before it’s a problem
- Explain findings to customers and recommend follow-up services when needed
- Keep documentation tidy and ensure the workshop is safety-first
What You’ll Bring
