About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it's like to carve your own path in one of the UAE’s fastest-moving media environments? If you’re passionate about making connections, spotting growth opportunities, and seeing your efforts visibly grow a business, this role might just be the next chapter you’re looking for. We’re on the hunt for a proactive, communicative Female Business Development Executive who’s already residing in the UAE with her own residence visa. Ready to turn your talent for networking into tangible successes?

About the Company

Think of us as a dynamic, tight-knit agency perched in Industrial Area 2 — where big ideas bounce around just as much as the coffee pot. We specialize in media and creative solutions, and our team thrives on energy, individuality, and quick thinking. You won’t find stuffy cubicles here; instead, expect collaborative spaces, open dialogue, and yes, the occasional impromptu brainstorming session that sparks our next big project. Growth isn’t just encouraged; it’s woven into our day-to-day — no two days ever look quite the same.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identifying and reaching out to prospective clients using social media, online platforms, and good old-fashioned networking.
  • Developing and nurturing relationships with decision-makers in the media and advertising sectors.
  • Collaborating with our creative team to tailor pitches and proposals that solve real client challenges.
  • Tracking and following up on leads — sometimes that means a quick WhatsApp message, other times it's a polished presentation.
  • Representing the company at industry events, gatherings, and client meetings (don’t worry if it’s new to you; we’re big on teamwork).
  • Staying ahead of market trends and sharing insights to keep us one step ahead of the competition.
  • Regularly updating our CRM and reporting on progress — transparency is key for all of us.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Valid UAE residence visa (Own Visa required)
  • Based in or willing to commute to Industrial Area 2
  • Previous experience in media, lead generation, or customer acquisition
  • Strong, confident communication skills — especially when reaching out to new connections
  • Proactive, self-motivated approach to finding and closing opportunities

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience using CRM platforms or lead tracking tools
  • Established network in UAE’s media industry
  • Comfort with multiple languages (always a plus in our market!)

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive compensation, reviewed regularly based on your impact
  • Collaborative, supportive team culture where individual wins are celebrated
  • Flexibility for remote work on select days (we value your time—and your commute!)
  • Hands-on learning and room for career advancement: Show us what you can do, and the sky really is the limit
  • Fun, creative work environment that believes growth doesn’t have to be boring

When you join us, you’re not just taking a job — you’re stepping into a community that genuinely cares about your journey. If you’re looking for a place where your ideas, connections, and energy make a difference, you might just have found your home.

  • Tell us about a time you nurtured a relationship with a key decision-maker that resulted in new business—what steps did you take?
  • How have you collaborated with creative teams in the past to tailor proposals or pitches for clients?
  • What strategies do you use to balance fast, informal communication (like WhatsApp) with more formal client presentations or meetings?
  • Describe your experience using CRM tools or lead tracking platforms—are there any features or workflows you’ve found especially useful?
  • What trends are you currently seeing in the UAE’s media and advertising sectors, and how would you incorporate that insight into your business development efforts?
  • Share an example of when you spotted a growth opportunity other team members overlooked. What did you do?
  • Imagine you’re at a networking event with potential clients who don’t know your agency—how would you introduce yourself and spark interest in what we do?
  • We value quick learning and adaptability. Can you describe a situation where you had to adjust your strategy on the fly to meet a client’s needs?
  • Our team thrives on energy and open collaboration. How do you keep yourself and your colleagues motivated during challenging or slow periods?
  • How do you maintain transparency and keep stakeholders updated on your progress with leads and client relationships?
  • In our diverse, multicultural market, how do you make sure your communication resonates with people from various backgrounds?
  • What excites you most about working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment like ours?
  • When working toward targets, how do you balance being self-motivated with contributing to a collaborative team culture?
