What You’ll Be Doing
- Scouting and sourcing new residential and commercial properties to expand our management portfolio
- Building strong relationships with property owners and landlords — think regular check-ins, lunches, honest conversations
- Pitching our property management solutions in a way that feels consultative, not pushy
- Negotiating deals and closing agreements that benefit both landlords and our company
- Keeping a pulse on Abu Dhabi’s property trends, from hot new developments to off-market gems
- Collaborating closely with our property management team to ensure a seamless onboarding of new properties
- Attending key industry events and representing Elite Crew with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Tracking your activities and leads in our CRM, and sharing insights proactively with your teammates
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Strong network (or a real knack for building one) among property owners, landlords, or real estate professionals in Abu Dhabi
- At least 2 years’ experience in property acquisition, real estate sales, or business development
- Excellent communication skills — you’re at ease in negotiation, equally clear on the phone, in a meeting, or over email
- Driven, self-motivated, and resilient — you see “no” as one step closer to “yes”
- Valid UAE driver’s license and comfort getting around Abu Dhabi’s neighborhoods
Nice-to-Haves:
- Arabic language skills
- Experience with property management or facilities management solutions
- Familiarity with CRM software (we use Zoho, but if you’ve used any, you’ll feel at home)
