About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it takes to build the partnerships behind the big machines that move our world? As our next Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the center of just that — driving growth in the heavy equipment and transportation sector. If you’re energized by the challenge of opening doors, signing critical contracts, and making operational processes run smoother, this opportunity could be the next big step in your career. Especially now, as infrastructure projects accelerate nationwide, your impact will be tangible — and measurable.
About the Company
We’re a close-knit team with deep roots in the heavy equipment and crane rental space, but we’re not content to sit still. Most mornings you’ll find us swapping ideas over strong coffee, debating which innovation will best serve our clients — it’s part of what keeps us tight and focused. It’s a culture where ideas are championed and everyone’s voice is respected, whether you’ve logged 20 years or just walked in. Growth? Absolutely — we’re expanding into new regions, fine-tuning our offerings, and looking to add someone who loves boots-on-the-ground action as much as boardroom negotiations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying strategic business opportunities in heavy equipment, trucking, and crane rental markets — you’ll be our go-to market maker.
- Securing new contracts and managing relationships with key partners, customers, and industry stakeholders.
- Leading efforts to activate and optimize our transportation operational licenses, keeping compliance as smooth as our logistics.
- Working closely with the operations team to ensure new business translates seamlessly into deliverable projects.
- Developing and executing outreach strategies tailored to both established clients and those “white whale” targets on your radar.
- Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings (occasional travel required).
- Regularly reporting progress, insights, and market trends to leadership — your intel will shape our next moves.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
