What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out dent removal, panel beating, and bodywork repairs on a wide range of vehicles, with an emphasis on premium European brands
- Restoring accident-damaged vehicles, including advanced chassis alignment and frame straightening, to factory standards
- Working alongside painters and mechanics to ensure a seamless repair process from start to finish
- Assessing damage and advising on the best repair techniques—your expertise matters here
- Using industry-standard tools and chassis pulling equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-equipped workspace (we take pride in our bay!)
- Occasionally guiding less-experienced team members; everyone lifts each other up
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and methods in body repair (we like to keep learning)
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a car denter/body technician
- Solid know-how in accident repair, chassis alignment, and bodywork restoration
- Confidence working on European and luxury vehicles (Mercedes, BMW, Range Rover—think of them as regulars here)
- Able to operate frame straightening and chassis pulling equipment
- A methodical, detail-oriented approach—nothing escapes your eye
- Team player with a helpful spirit and clear communication
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working in a busy Dubai garage
- Familiarity with additional auto body technologies and advanced materials
- Basic English or Arabic communication skills
