What You’ll Be Doing
- Interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to bring custom doors and kitchens to life — accuracy counts!
- Operating a range of carpentry machines as well as classic hand tools to shape, join, and finish wooden components.
- Measuring, cutting, fitting, and assembling wood and materials for both standard and bespoke projects.
- Inspecting your work with a critical eye to ensure every piece meets our high quality standards before it leaves the floor.
- Collaborating with teammates to solve tricky construction challenges and keep projects on schedule.
- Maintaining a tidy, safe work environment — because nobody likes working around sawdust mountains!
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Demonstrated experience manufacturing wooden doors and kitchens (factory work preferred).
- The ability to accurately read, understand, and execute from technical drawings and plans.
- Strong skills handling carpentry machines as well as traditional tools (from routers to chisels).
- A diligent, reliable work ethic and genuine pride in well-made work.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience working in the UAE or GCC region.
- Comfort communicating with a multicultural team.
- Familiarity with modern woodworking technologies or finishing techniques.
