About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it feels like to walk through a luxurious Dubai apartment, admiring the sleek kitchen cabinetry and perfectly hung doors — and know you had a hand in every detail? As a Finishing Carpenter on our Dubai team, you’ll transform blueprints and bold ideas into the refined spaces people live and work in every day. If you love the craft and take pride in your precision, this is your chance to bring great interiors to life — and see your handiwork across the city’s astonishing skyline.
About the Company
We’re a growing crew of specialists passionate about high-quality bespoke interiors, and believe good craftsmanship brings lasting value (and a bit of joy) to every space. Our projects span luxury homes to boutique commercial developments — so, no two days ever feel the same. Expect a friendly shop floor, an approachable management team, and a few running jokes about who makes the best Arabic coffee. Fridays? We often gather for a quick chat and to trade ideas before the weekend.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Install interior and exterior doors, frames, and related hardware with sharp attention to alignment and finish.
- Assemble, fit, and install custom kitchens (think cabinets, counters, and all the intricate bits that make them shine).
- Construct and set up wardrobes and built-in storage units with a keen eye for detail and usability.
- Craft and install decorative wooden elements — molding, trims, paneling — transforming basic interiors into statement spaces.
- Interpret detailed drawings and specifications to bring unique client visions to life.
- Collaborate with designers and site managers to solve unexpected challenges (yes, corners and ceilings sometimes surprise us, too).
- Perform touch-ups and finishing work, ensuring every piece meets our standards and clients’ expectations.

- Strong problem-solving attitude and pride in high-quality work.
Nice-to-Haves:
- UAE or Gulf region experience.
