What You’ll Be Doing
- Take active part in interior and fit-out carpentry works for residential and commercial spaces.
- Interpret technical drawings and plans accurately—your eye for the details will be valued.
- Lead or support on-site teams to deliver high-quality work within set timeframes.
- Handle day-to-day site tasks, from measuring and cutting to installing fixtures and ensuring a tidy workspace.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, fellow workers, and subcontractors to keep everything moving smoothly.
- Maintain safety standards on-site—you know the ropes, but you keep your crew safe too.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 2 years of hands-on carpentry or foreman experience within the UAE or Gulf region (interior/fit-out focus).
- Confident in reading and following technical drawings.
- Able to oversee site work independently and handle real-world site challenges.
- Ready and available to join immediately.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with local materials and suppliers—always handy in this market.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring team members on-site.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, or Arabic.
