What You’ll Be Doing
- Tackling key site duties as a Carpenter or Steel Fixer for critical ADNOC project phases.
- Reading and interpreting drawings. You know your way around construction plans and can quickly get on the same page with supervisors.
- Assembling formwork, installing steel reinforcements — making sure each piece is spot-on and safe.
- Collaborating with team members and foremen for daily work allocations.
- Adapting to changing site priorities — some days are straightforward, others need a problem-solving mindset.
- Taking responsibility for basic tool maintenance and site cleanliness.
- Following all safety guidelines and reporting any site hazards, because everyone’s wellbeing comes first.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 1 year of experience as a carpenter or steel fixer (construction site, ideally large-scale projects).
- Confidence with tools and materials for your trade.
- Physical stamina and a positive, reliable attitude (early starts are the norm here).
- Team spirit, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new methods as needed.
- Ability to communicate and understand instructions in English or Hindi/Urdu.
