What You’ll Be Doing
- Tackling day-to-day site tasks in your specialty: carpentry, masonry, welding, plumbing, or wall painting
- Diagnosing and repairing issues with a keen eye for safety and quality
- Collaborating with fellow technicians and supervisors to ensure deadlines are met
- Interpreting basic technical drawings or job orders to guide your work
- Keeping your workspace organized and tools in good working condition
- Participating in on-site troubleshooting, offering creative solutions when challenges arise
- Communicating clearly with team members to keep everyone in the loop
